Associate Analyst Position : Rudder Analytics On Campus Experience 2024
Rudder Analytics is one of the companies that work in the field of Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, providing end-to-end services through predictive and exploratory data analysis.
Rudder Analytics visited our campus in July 2024. The whole process is online and concluded within a day. Eligibility criteria are different branch-wise as follows: CS/IT/E&TC/AI&DS/AI&ML/E&C - Minimum 55% till current semester, for Electrical and Mechanical - MInimum 65%, for MCA/ME/MTech/MSc - Minimum 65% till current semester. CTC offered is 4.2 LPA along with a joining bonus of 60K!

Interview
There are 4 rounds in total, all of which are elimination rounds.
First Round (Aptitude + CS Fundamentals)
In the aptitude round, 30Q for 45 min, which includes verbal, and nonverbal reasoning, English language, and quantitative aptitude questions. The level of questions varied from easy to moderate.
In the CS Fundamentals, 30Q for 45 min, which included questions of pseudo-code, DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Web Development, and other fundamental topics. The level of questions varied from easy to moderate.
Those who cleared the first round had to take a Programming test for CS/IT branches, other Non-CS/IT branch students directly went through the Group Discussion Round.
Coding Round
The Programming test consists of two programming questions and a time limit of 90 mins, related to strings, linked lists, arrays, etc. Overall the level of these questions is moderate. The programming language of our choice can be chosen. The students who cleared this round are promoted to the next round.
Group Discussion Round
The Group discussion is basically to check the level of confidence, communication skills and thought clarity, and if you are a good listener or an observer. Each group is assigned some general topics like technology, politics, environment, etc. If you are good at speaking and have generalized knowledge, you will be able to clear this round. This round was also online. The selected students received an invitation for an Interview on the same day.
Final Interview
In the final round, the interview round, many questions related to DSA, and CS Subjects are asked. Questions included programming languages, SQL, OS, and Computer Networks and Data Structures. Also, behavioural questions and scenario-based questions are asked. Overall level of the interview is hard, one must have good knowledge about tech concepts to clear this round.
The results are announced the next day, via email. The overall experience was good, the staff is very cooperative and supportive.

Rudder Analytics' on-campus placement process is a rigorous journey requiring technical prowess, communication skills, and confidence. With thorough preparation, aspiring candidates can unlock promising opportunities in data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
